I have been in China for more than 4 1/2 years. My Mandarin is getting quite good too.

My strengths are fun in the classroom creating a happy class environment facilitating fast learning uptake and data assimilation. With adults and children I inject a lot of humor also. With children I use a simple rewards and penalties program.

Most of my work schedules have been part time since 2003 hence I have had many different jobs which makes me very adaptable and resourceful.
